Boarding Procedures

Home boarding dogs: please bring your own food.
Kennel boarding dogs: we can provide food, however if wish to bring your own due to dietary requirements that is fine.

We shall provide food bowls, bedding, crates (if a crated dog) toys, treats (if permitted) so there is no need to bring these.

During your dogs stay our main focus is on the care of your them, ensuring all of their needs are met, they will be exercised and fed according to their requirements. They will get plenty of fuss and human interaction and if a socialable dog will be mixing and having fun with their friends.

If you are ever concerned about them during their stay the best form of communication is via what’s app message and we will let you know how they are doing. We do take photos from time to time when the moment arises and can send them to you, this will depend on how busy the day is, our utmost priority is looking after your dogs.

The deposit is non refundable/non transferable, the balance of the stay is due on or prior to arrival. Please keep us updated as and when payment is made so that we can mark it off accordingly.
